Located in Chicago, the National Automatic Merchandising Association is a national trade association of the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and food service management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering and mobile. Established in 1936, the association s members include service companies and equipment manufacturers. It offers the Coffee Service & Vending Food Safety Program. The association partners with Allstate Insurance, Executive Risk Management, Integrity Recruiting and Consulting, Meineke Car Care Centers and Profiles International. It also runs the Vending Machine Evaluation Program, which enables vending machine manufacturers to build equipment in conformity with public health requirements.
