Founded in 1998, Neighbor To Family is a national organization supporting children and families. Based in Atlanta, Ga., it renders an array of programs and services that includes Keeping Siblings Together, Placing One Siblings group with One Family at a Time, Professional Foster Caregivers and Birth Family Engagement.
