In operation since 1986, Nelson Pediatric Therapy provides therapy services to children with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona. It employs various full- and part-time licensed occupational, physical, speech and music therapists and habilitation communication specialists. The organization offers various programs to develop a range of skills, including motor skills, sensory integration, problem solving strategies, head control and postural alignment. It also assists children in voice, fluency, speech and articulation and in enhancing skills in multiple areas, including social interaction, emotional awareness, alternative and augmentative communication and language development.
