The New Prospect Elementary School, located in Alpharetta, Ga., has been operational for 10 years. It offers a comprehensive curriculum for students in grades kindergarten through five. It provides its services to more than 650 enrolled students and is affiliated with the Fluton County Schools. The school offers a wide range of subjects, such as English, language arts, science, social studies, mathematics and health and physical education. The school has a fully equipped library with a collection of fiction, nonfiction, general topics, biographies, periodicals, children magazines and research materials. The library offers a reference collection of dictionaries, encyclopedias and thesauruses. It also provides a media center with a variety of resources for the students, teachers and parents. The New Prospect Elementary School also has a parent-teacher association that supports various academic programs of the school.
