Dr. Naidu spends a great deal of time with her patients during their consultations. It is her goal for these visits to be as educational as possible, without pressure to schedule a procedure. All procedures from surgery to Botox to chemicals peels are performed personally by Dr. Naidu. As a patient, you have the right to benefit directly from your surgeons many years of training and experience.
Aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast comprises a large part of Dr. Naidus surgical practice. She has a special interest in breast augmentation, and in reconstruction of the tuberous breast. It is very fulfilling for her, both as a surgeon and a woman, to witness the positive effects that breast surgery can have on a patients self-esteem. Since 2006, Dr. Naidu has served as a clinical investigator in the Breast Implant Follow-Up Studies (BIFS) trials. She is thrilled to be able to offer patients the full range of breast implants now available, including saline implants, silicone gel implants, and anatomic, highly-cohesive silicone gel implants (also known as gummy bear implants). Breast implant patients are never discharged from her practice, and are offered yearly follow-up examinations.
Although Dr. Naidus training and background are surgical, she has also incorporated non-invasive skin care into her practice, as it is her belief that healthy skin is essential to a rejuvenated appearance. In 2008, she launched Anokha Skin Care, a skin care line based on natural actives and botanicals from South Asia. The DermaSweep system, which exfoliates while perfusing essential hydration into the skin, was incorporated into her practice in 2010. Most recently, Ultherapy, an FDA-approved device for non-invasive tightening of the skin of the face and neck, has been added. New products and technology are introduced into the practice of Dr. Naidu only after a thorough review of the clinical data and safety profile.
