Indoor Boot Camp offers a moderate to high intensity 45 minute total body workout. Our qualified trainers will provide you the best workout every session, with energetic music, advanced training techniques and a friendly atmosphere.
No Excuses Fitness offers a 45 minute Boot Camp, starting at 6:00AM This workout targets specific muscle groups for each individual class (6:00AM class only). No Excuses Fitness offers a 45 minute total body workout for the following classes: 9:15AM 5:15 p.m. 6:10 p.m. 7:05 p.m. and Saturday 7:30AM 10:30AM.
