I have a special combination of 61+ years experience as an Arizona native learning about the natural desert, including 34+ years practice as an engineer and licensed Arizona attorney working in or around construction and real estate development, with the last 20+ years working in a solo practice, generally covering normal commercial matters (real estate, construction, small business, corporations, contracts, leases and liens), but with a major focus on legal issues, such as access, lot splitting & well sharing, which are pertinent to real estate development in the natural desert. This unique background lets me provide valuable assistance to clients who purchase, develop or sell land in the natural desert areas around the city, particularly ground that does not go through the formal subdivision process, but is instead divided by a series of “lot splits” and therefore involves many more issues and risks.
