NordicWare is a family-owned American manufacturer of kitchenware products for home and business. The company offers a complete line of conventional cookware, ovenware, bakeware, indoor/outdoor barbecue cookware and specialty kitchenware that are distributed worldwide. Nordic Ware's first products were ethnic bakeware products including the Rosette Iron, Ebleskiver Pan and Krumkake Iron. NordicWare provides products and services for commercial bakeries, restaurants, food service suppliers, hotel chains and industrial coating applications. NordicWare also produces microwave cookware and introduced the patented Micro-Go-Round automated food rotator. NordicWare expanded its product line to include more than 50 microwave accessories. The company was founded in 1946 and is located in Minneapolis, Minn.
