The North Phoenix Visions of Hope Center, also known as Behavioral Health Consumers in Action, is a nonprofit organization that serves adults with mental disabilities. The organization offers a variety of learning opportunities in the fields of arts and crafts, theater and music. It additionally conducts music jam sessions and conducts classes in several subjects, including English, math, history and geography. The organization features a game room and computer laboratory, as well as offers advocacy and peer support services.
