Dr. Richard Kunig Received His Bachelors of Science Degree From the University of Akron in 1995. He Graduated From the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. He Completed His Residency Training at UHHS-Richmond Heights Hospital, Richmond Heights, Ohio and Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, New York.
Dr. Kunig Joined North Star Orthopaedics in July 2005. He is Currently Seeing Patients in the Akron and Wadsworth Offices and Performs Surgery at Cuyahoga Falls General, Akron General and Wadsworth- Rittman Hospitals. Dr. Kunig Has Special Interests in Wound Care and the Medical and Surgical Management of the Diabetic Foot
