Northrim BanCorp is the parent company of Northrim Bank, a full-service commercial bank that provides a full range of personal and business banking services through four financial centers and six branches with locations in Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, and Fairbanks, Alaska, and a factoring division in Washington. Its affiliated companies are Elliott Cove Capital Management, Residential Mortgage, Northrim Benefits Group and Pacific Wealth Advisors. It was founded in 1990. It is the third largest bank in Alaska. Northrim Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrim BanCorp, and had total assets of nearly $900 million in 2005.
