Founded in 1891, the Northwestern University Settlement Association offers a range of services and programs for the development of low-income individuals and families. It provides computers and English as a Second Language classes for adults, as well as maintains a social club for senior citizens. The organization maintains Vittum Theater, which features a seating arrangement for more than 290 people along with a green room, sound and lighting system and several dressing rooms.
