The Oaks at Forsyth is one of the facilities of Novant Health and is located in Winston-Salem, N.C. It is a nonprofit health care provider offering advanced medical treatments and procedures for the residents of western North Carolina. The center provides long-term and respite care services and also in-house physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. It also offers rehabilitation and community health outreach programs. The facility has more than 840 beds and offers community education and screenings and supports health clinics that provide care for the uninsured. In addition, the Oaks at Forsyth provides various community partnerships that benefit organizations, such as the United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Association, Physicians Reach Out and Habitat for Humanity.
