The Odyssey Academy serves students in kindergarten through grade seven. The academy s academic curriculum includes art, music, science, English, math, computer applications, and health and physical education. The Odyssey Academy offers preparatory and Title 1 programs. The academy has a staff that includes a guidance counselor, speech pathologist, librarian and general classroom teachers. It offers a lunch program that is operated in accordance with the guidelines set by the Department of Agriculture. The Odyssey Academy supplies crayons, watercolors, notebooks, scissors, glue sticks and boxes. Its student newspaper, The Odyssey Jaguar, publishes articles, opinion polls and interviews. The academy is located in Minneapolis.
