Off-Track Betting (OTB) offers pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing in Illinois, both thoroughbred and harness, as well as horse racing throught the country and the world via simulcasts. It is a subsidiary of Inter-Track Partners. Established in 1987, Inter-Track Partners operates more than a dozen OTB facilities throughout Illinois. In addition to wagering, OTB offers food and beverage service ranging from deli style to full-service dining and banquets. Inter-Track Partners is headquartered in Melrose Park, Ill., and operates an Off-Track Betting branch along North State Street in Chicago.
