Ohsu Center For Health & Hlng

Located in Portland, Ore., OHSU Center for Women's Health offers various health care and interdisciplinary services for women, and provides research materials and patient educational programs. It was founded in 1997 and offers a wide variety of services, including mammography, breast biopsies and imaging, hematology, oncology, ultrasound, plastic surgery, radiology, gynecology, mental health counseling and treatment for vulvovaginal problems. The center provides a variety of educational programs, including childbirth and nutrition classes, health conferences, discussions, early parenting classes and awareness programs. Its breast and ovarian cancer prevention program offers research and prevention strategies in gynecologic oncology, genetics, breast oncology and nutrition. OHSU Center for Women's Health is a part of the Oregon Health and Science University, a provider of educational, research, patient care and community services.
