OMA Network The OMA Foundation is a 501c ( 3 ) nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring the opportunity to learn through arts integration to as many children as possible. The OMA Model is managed by the OMA Foundation, and is distributed through its service unit OM Systems. The OMA Model is supported by the OMA Foundation which raises funds from individual and foundation donors and through earned income. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of US law.
