OWNERS:We offer online booking to our customers meaning you will never receive an inquiry only confirmed bookings from us.We need you to keep our calendar up-to-date at all times. You can even publish our calendar and booking code on your website.
If you receive a booking from us and refuse it (because the calendar wasn't up-to-date for example) we take your listing offline for 60 days! There are no other penalties. We'll move that reservation to someone else's property though so the Traveler wouldn't be left without a place.
