Ontic BBA Aviation began in 1951 as an excess inventory distributor and grew to include the repair and overhaul of aircraft accessories. Leveraging its expertise and history of aftermarket product support, the company has expanded to become a manufacturer of new aircraft assemblies. Ontic received its first OEM license in 1974. It has earned licenses for the manufacturing rights of more than 3,000 end units throughout the world.
