Orlando Baking Company is a family organization that was founded in Castel di Sangro, Italy in 1872. The original bakery is still in operation. In 1904, part of the founding family move to Cleveland and re-established their old world ways of baking European breads. Throughout the years, Orlando Baking has expanded several times and occupies a modern bakery that is located on Cleveland s near east side. After five generations, the company carries on the Orlando tradition of baking. The company provides a wide array of products with more than 250 varieties of breads and rolls, which includes custom-baked goods, Italian, French, rye and wheat breads, as well as submarine, hoagie, Kaiser and hamburger buns. In addition, Orlando Baking offers a large selection of dinner rolls, stone-baked artisan breads, sandwich breads, bread crumbs, snacks and specialty items.
