OrthoCarolina, also known as OC, is one of the largest orthopedic practices in the United States. Founded in 2005, it maintains a staff of more than 70 individuals. The center also operates the OrthoCarolina Foot & Ankle Institute. OrthoCarolina provides urgent care, personal training, and physical and hand therapy solutions. In addition, it maintains locations in Monroe, Huntersville, Gastonia and Matthews in North Carolina.
