Opened in 2001, Ouest Restaurant is listed as one of New York City s top restaurants by New York Magazine and serves new American cuisine. Its dinner menu includes house-smoked duck breast, goat cheese ravioli, saut ed baby calamari, pan-roasted salmon and squab, braised beef short ribs and stewed honeycomb tripe. Ouest Restaurant serves cakes, cheesecakes, pudding, sundaes, apple pies, biscotti and sorbets. The restaurant additionally features a wine list that includes Champagne and red and white wines.
