Outback Steakhouse is an Australian-themed chain of restaurants that offers a variety of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta dishes. It is a part of OSI Restaurant Partners, which owns and operates various restaurants, including Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Lee Roy Selmon's and Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits. Outback Steakhouse, established in 1988, maintains a presence in Houston.
