The company is a subsidiary of OSI Restaurant Partners, which owns and operates Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Roy's Restaurant, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Lee Roy Selmon's, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits. Each of the Outback restaurants seeks out local groups and events with which to share its food, time and money.
