P & S Scale Company was founded in 1984 by Billy Pace and Dennis Shaw. Both Billy and Dennis had 35 years of combined experience working for Toledo Scale before starting their own company. Their goal was to provide quality scale products and a level of customer service that could be found nowhere else in Texas. What began as a two person operation has today grown to seventeen employees with offices in San Antonio, Houston and Corpus Christi.
