PACIFIC BEACH URGENT CARE was founded in 1982 by Nathaniel G. Rose, M.D., A.P.C., Owner.

In over twenty years we have seen over 500,000 patients from the local San Diego community, outlying areas and from all over the world.

Our purpose is to provide convenient, affordable, quality medical care on a no appointment basis, 365 days a year for non-life and non-limb threatening emergencies.

WOMEN'S CARE
Medical services for routine exams are readily available, including pap smears and pregnancy testing.

SPORTS MEDICINE AND PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our physicians treat sports related injuries daily. We are staffed and equipped to care for your needs.

OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE
We have been treating employees with on-the-job injuries for over twenty years. We also provide pre-employment physicals and drug screening.
