The Pain Center of Arizona Phoenix provides wellness program treatment. The center features several programs, such as neurological testing, lab screening, radiologic examinations and/or behavioral assessments, to name a few. Its multidisciplinary approach includes referrals for physical therapy, psychological counseling, surgical evaluation, occupational therapy and home health care, among others. The Pain Center of Arizona Phoenix provides pain management programs for general body, head, neck, spine, shoulder, hip, leg, hand and wrist. The center also features orthopedic treatments to its patients.
