Palace Construction has been serving the Denver community since its establishment in 1963. The company specializes in commercial construction, structural repairs and insurance restoration and offers nearly any service associated with construction management, preconstruction, design/build, general contracting and renovation. Its restoration division offers construction services for projects that range from minor repair to major restoration of residential, commercial or industrial property for damages associated with expansive soils, fire, wind, water, vehicular damage and vandalism. The commercial services division offers scheduling, estimating, cost modeling, design/build and project management services. Palace s clients include the state of Colorado, various local governments, large corporations, private individuals and nonprofit organizations. It is a member of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado organization. HCC is a nonprofit association committed to creating a positive environment for Hispanic construction firms.
