Panhandle Independent Living Center

We are a private, non-profit, non-residential organization managed and operated by and for individuals with disabilities. Our purpose is to assist people of all ages to gain effective control and direction of their own lives. PILC attempts to stimulate and promote a growing sense of personal dignity and responsible community participation of individuals with disabilities through training, community development, and direct services to meet the unmet needs of individuals with disabilities.
