Established in 1946, Paralyzed Veterans of America is a congressionally chartered veteran s service organization. Its appellate services program includes service connected compensation, home health care, clothing allowances and adapted housing services. Paralyzed Veterans of America also provides field service program that includes training, support and management services for senior adults with disabilities.
