From the beginning in 1993, Clancy built the business from the ground up—a law firm focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Wealth Protection, Business Law, Real Estate, Tax, and 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Clancy started as an entrepreneur from an early age. At the age of 9, he built a lemonade stand with his best friend and made such an impact that the local paper (not the New York Times, but rather the more humble Carthage Press!) featured him on the front page. Clancy is fond of saying he is basically an entrepreneur with a law degree.
