Recognizing a need for a source of spare parts for the service industry, Parts Now! was created in 1989. In 2002, a group of investors acquired Minneapolis-based Katun Corporation and affiliated it with Parts Now!. Katun is one of the world's leading independent suppliers of OEM-alternative parts and supplies for the business equipment industry, specifically copiers. Managed separately, Parts Now! and Katun are organized under a single holding company: PNA Holdings. Parts Now! is located in Madison, Wis.
