Miss Gloria D. De La Garza is the 4th generation family member who along with her parents Mr. Raul & Gloria De La Garza, run & operate "Pastelandia Bakery " located at 6019 Callaghan Rd., TX 78228 San Antonio Her biggest wish was to motivate her parents to move to the United States and use their vast knowledge and experience in the art of the pastry industry, telling them: "What you do here in Mexico you can do in the United States." Gloria D. invited her parents to relocate to San Antonio, city where she was residing in pursuit of her education of a Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology at St. Mary's University obtained in 2000. Currently, aside from her profession, Gloria maintains the love and desire to continue with her family tradition. Mrs. Gloria De La Garza, with 34 years of experience and being the 3rd generation, in 1982 with her husband Mr. Raul De La Garza, founded the "PASTELANDIA Bakery". "Pastelandia" was considered the best bakery in both Laredos.
