Pathfinders is a program offered by The Counseling Center of Milwaukee, also known as TCCM, which is a nonprofit organization that administers a range of education, training, internship, leadership, counseling and health care programs. Pathfinders offers a variety of outreach, shelter and support services to runaway, homeless and at-risk youths. It provides various youth development, advocacy, recreation, case management, and individual and group counseling services.
