The Pediatric & Adolescent Advance Care mission is to provide quality rehabilitative and transitional care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with special health care needs in a supportive, culturally competent, respectful environment, and to participate in related local, regional, and national projects with government, private and philanthropic organizations.

We know our patients and their specific needs, and understand the stress on parents when their child is sick. Our office works by appointments, but will always make room to see your sick child the same day if necessary. Our reputation in the community has earned us the trust of area Hospitals and Physicians alike. Providing us with most of our patient base from their referrals. We offer a fully trained staff that covers everything from routine care including laboratory work on the premises, to family counseling.
