Established in July 1993, Pelican Building Contracting, Inc is a State of Florida Certified Class A General Contractor.We self-perform all of our carpentry work ( rough & finish ), insulated concrete forms, and some concrete work. We provide metal studs, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings through an affiliate. General Contracting projects are performed as negotiated design build and/or construction management projects.We are able to package any and all of our services to provide you with a complete building shell or any combination of the services we offer.
