Having enough water to provide fire service is of particular concern. Perales Engineering was integral in negotiating a landmark agreement between the LCRA and the City of Austin Water Utility to combine efforts to supply a project site with domestic water service and fire flow service. In urban and suburban development Perales Engineering has helped design and permit alternative methods of rain water treatment and detention that allow for the entire site to be developed.
