Phena Partners LLC was formed in August 2000 by three principals, Peter Hazen, Heather Fox and Nina Patel, with the intention of helping businesses more cost-effectively deliver programs, business processes, and software applications to customers by focusing on thoughtful, user-centered up-front analysis and design. Since its inception, Phena has provided a number of businesses with management and IT strategy consulting services in the areas of business analysis; process improvement and design, software design and usability; change management, and knowledge management and IT due diligence.
