The Philmont Guidance Center is a private mental health treatment center that provides behavioral health care services to individuals. The center is approved by the American Psychological Association. It has a workforce of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurses, counselors and social workers. The Philmont Guidance Center offers a variety of counseling services related to the issues of anxiety, depression and eating disorders, stress control, medication evaluation and management, and marriage and premarital problems. Located in Doylestown, Pa., the center provides psychoeducational testing services, including eligibility determination for special education, gifted children's evaluations and private school admissions testing.
