The chefs at Pick Up Stix prepare Asian cuisine by wok cooking. The restaurant provides catering services for any size group from 10 up to 1,500. Menu items include a number of appetizers, such as wontons, lettuce wraps, egg rolls and dumplings; soups and salads; teriyaki bowls; chicken meals; vegetable and tofu items; beef; noodle and rice meals that include fried rice and chow mein; and shrimp. The catering menu consists of four different options, plus add-on entrees and appetizers. The Lotus option includes a number of entr e trays, while the Pagoda option includes salads, entrees and rice dishes. The Dragon comes with a number of meat entrees, while the Good Fortune option is equipped with wraps, wontons, egg rolls and dumplings. Sides of noodles, fried rice and salads are also available. Pick Up Stix has locations throughout California, Arizona and Nevada, such as San Clemente, Calif.
