Our firm was formed in 1970 to provide legal and business services to individuals and business clients throughout the State of North Carolina. The firm was started by William P. Pinna as a successor firm to the Raleigh branch office of Spears, Barnes, Baker, Boles & Pinna of Durham, North Carolina. Today, the firm is centrally located in one of Raleigh's older residential neighborhoods. The firm's strength is its corporate, business, estate and tax practice in both the state and federal systems.
