Start with the four-week beginner fundamentals session where you will learn the basic dance moves and fundamental spins that you will need to know to move on to more advanced classes. This is a four-week beginner class that meets once a week for four weeks on the same day and time. Once you have mastered the moves from the fundamentals class, you can advance to beginner pole dance continuing where you will learn combination spins, dance moves, floor work, and begin to climb. Intermediate and advanced classes are also offered upon approval from the instructor.

Also available at Pole Velocity Dance & Fitness is Aerial Fit. Aerial Fit uses the aerial hammock to enhance physical activity, flexibility, and strength and endurance. You will learn warm up, stretching, yoga poses, basic inversions and tricks, and strength conditioning. Take your aerial act to the next level. Aerial Fit increases blood flow, lengthens the spine, improves circulation, improves digestion, makes your skin look younger, releases stress, makes you feel more limber and taller.
