Polly s Pies Restaurants is family-owned company that operates two restaurant businesses, including KFC of Polly s and Polly s Pies Restaurant. Don and Eddie Sheldrake opened the first KFC restaurant in Southern California in 1965. Today, the company operates nearly 13 Polly s restaurants and over 10 KFC restaurants.
