Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, also known as PCRI, is a nonprofit community development organization that provides affordable rental housing options to low-income families in north and northeast Portland, Ore. It has been operational for more than 13 years. The organization s family services department provides a variety of services that encourage and promote self-sufficiency and leadership. It has established the PCRI Parent Network, which provides training on effective community organization, business practices, leadership development and child care-related issues.
