Potomac Crossing Consultants, also known as PCC, is a manager and coordinator for The Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project. It is a joint venture between multidisciplinary civil engineering firms, Parsons Brinckerhoff, URS, and Rummel, Klepper and Kahl. Potomac Crossing Consultants is responsible for conducting public information campaigns and the planning, designing and implementation of environmental compliance permits. It coordinates all infrastructural designs and provides staffing and maintenance services for Woodrow Wilson Bridge centers. The company oversees construction administration, project management and environmental monitoring services. Additionally, Potomac Crossing Consultants acts as a liaison between the general public, local government agencies and the media industry.
