In the Early 1970's, Mr. Powers Charted a New Course fo r the Company by Adding Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Construction to the Company's Home Building Enterprise. This New Direction Was Also Instrumental in Filling a Void of Minority Contractors in the Northwest Indiana Construction Market.

In 1971, Mr. Mamon Powers, Jr., a Graduate From Purdue University, Joined the Company. A Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana, He Followed His Initial Role As An Estimator and Later Became the President and CEO.
