Private Eyes Engineers (P.E.E.) is a forensic inspection company specializing in the structural assessment of buildings and geological reconnaissance of properties. It is an affiliate of Civil Engineering Design Group (www.cdgeng.com), a full service civil and structural engineering company. The primary focus of P.E.E. is to provide forensic inspection services to our clients in the areas of structural engineering (framing assessments, foundation evaluations, and seismic support). P.E.E. also performs geological reconnaissance related to the property grading, soils/subsurface evaluations, geological performance, and ground moisture/run-off. Projects with complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation and/or detail design for repair considerations are normally managed through the parent company: Civil Engineering Design Group (CDG).P.E.E. also provides construction administration and/or repair observation services for projects that are designed through the firm. Mr. Gaskari, President of P.E.E. and CDG, is an expert in the building industry. He has managed the design and construction of various types of developments from structural elements to soils and grading aspects.
