The Graceland Nursing Center, located in Memphis, Tenn., is a facility for senior citizens and is a part of the Provident Group, a nonprofit corporation that provides health care and senior living facilities in several states. The center is a more than 240-bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and intermediate care facility. Its goal is to assist each resident through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning and therapeutic programs. Its nursing services include restorative nursing, enteral feeding, intravenous therapy, skin care management, pain management, palliative, surgical and hospice care. Its rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and language therapies, as well as assistance in post-stroke recovery, post total joint replacement, gait training, cognitive retraining, specialized wound care, neuromuscular stimulation, and splinting and contracture management.
