Established in 1993, QueensCare offers a range of health care services for low-income group individuals. It works in association with Wheatridge Foundation, The James Irvine Foundation, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The California Endowment. The organization offers services at nonpublic schools, community agencies and more than 30 churches. It also provides health education and disease screening, immunization and counseling services. The organization trains volunteers, as well as coordinates health fairs and events. It provides case management, crisis intervention, and research and evaluation services. In addition, QueensCare Health and Faith Partnership provides transportation services to various medical facilities and is located in Los Angeles.
