In 2007, Co-founders Ryan J. Gilmore and Michiah J. Potts met while managing a family owned jewelry store in the Twin Cities. This is where Ryan and Michiah became great friends and realized that owning a jewelry store together someday would be a dream come true.
In 2014, dreams became a reality for Ryan and Michiah as R&M Diamonds opened their doors for business in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, MN.
